Please pick up after your pets! Our equipment and workers do not enjoy being covered in waste getting kicked up by the equipment. If the dog waste is excessive and interferes with service, then there will be an extra charge on the job's invoice between $10-$20.
Georgia Property Kings holds the right to halt or deny service for any reason. We will notify and accommodate the best we can. We do hope it never comes to that and we will be able to maintain your property for a lifetime as long as Mother Nature continues her cycles.
All mowers are equipped with mulch kits so grass will not be bagged but instead will be cut into micro pieces to be recycled back into the yard. If you would like your yard bagged, extra charges may apply.
Toys, trash, or unnecessary obstacles from pets and kids are expected to be picked up so they are not destroyed by our equipment when maintaining the property.
Debris removal and hauling is not included unless explicitly stated and agreed upon. If you would like debris removal or cleanup then please text or call us!
Any pictures of work done on your property may be used for social media and marketing purposes.
Recurring maintenance services will be continued into the fall/winter to keep up with leaves as they fall and until cancelled.
Prices are always subject to increase if it has become necessary due to recent inflation or company rate increases. You will be notified by email prior to your next bill if applicable.
If you are not satisfied with the work we have completed, please let us know immediately. We will be happy to return to your property to make things right! Allow 15 days for corrective action on the complaint to take place.
If wires, lawn decorations, or landscape lights are unprotected, made of a weak or fragile material (i.e., plastic or glass), improperly or poorly installed/located, or not buried deep enough, then we will try our best to be mindful of them. However, we are not held responsible for them as they should always be installed at a proper depth and location and be able to withstand routine maintenance on the landscape around them. Insect & rodent stations are no exception because they are made of plastic that becomes more brittle over the years. We are not responsible for any damage to insect & rodent stations from servicing the yard.
A card will be put on file and should be updated if your card information changes. For pay as you go services, if you have a faulty payment, services will be paused, and a weekly late fee will be added.
No make-up services or refunds will be given if services have been paused due to faulty payments. If your normal service date is missed due to a delinquent account, then services may be delayed until the next time we're in your area. If service is requested sooner, then a fuel surcharge up to $100 may be charged to the account.
